Besides members of City Council, the members of the City Assembly also approved the sale of the land at the crossroad of Nádražní and Českobratrská streets. Find the link to the City Assembly Meeting HERE.
“I have to say, I’m quite optimistic when it comes to real estate funding. Obviously, the hotels and temporary accommodation providers are currently dealing with a huge problem, but mainly residential housing won’t be particularly affected by the economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.” says Michal Jelínek, partner of the V4 Group. “On the contrary, in the upcoming 5 years, investing into funds aiming at purchasing residential buildings could be very interesting, not to mention safe and profitable. Just take the project of Deeplexus Investments in Ostrava’s city centre, where we, in a seven-storey building, changed two floors from offices to apartments.” Adds Jelínek. Learn more HERE.
In the course of the following years, we will be witnessing the growth of a seven-storey multifunctional building in the centre of Ostrava, directly at the crossroads of Nádražní and Českobratrská streets, at a currently barren place, where Artforum second-hand book shop used to be. It will house apartments, commercial spaces, underground garages and on the top of that there’ll be green roof with a garden. An ambitious project called Křižovatka will be implemented in the immediate vicinity of Janacek Conservatory. The investor, DEEPLEXUS INVESTMENT company, is intending to offer luxurious housing in the city centre. Read more HERE.
On September 21, 2020, the City Council of Moravská Ostrava and Přívoz approved the sale of the municipal land to DEEPLEXUS INVESTMENTS a.s. for the construction of the multifunctional building Křižovatka on the corner of Nádražní and Českobratrská streets.
